Andrew Resnick serves as Vice President and Controller, with responsibility for the accounting and finance activities of the company; including financial reporting, budgeting, tax, cash management and credit and collections.

Prior to joining IPITEK he served in various capacities with Hamilton Sundstrand Power Systems, a manufacturer of aircraft engines, most recently as Plant Controller and Manager of Repair Finance.Mr. Resnick served as Controller, and held various other finance and accounting positions with Southwest Marine, Inc., a ship repair company, from 1988 to 1993.Previously, he served as Vice President Finance at Megahaus Corporation, a privately held software company, and as Finance Manager with the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee.

Mr. Resnick holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University, an M.A. from Columbia University, and an A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Resnick has over 20 years of experience in financial positions across a variety of industries, notably in fast-paced entrepreneurial-oriented companies.

Prior to joining SmartDraw.com, Resnick was vice president and controller at L-3 PHOTONICS, a fiber-optic research and development company. Before joining L-3 PHOTONICS, Resnick served as plant controller and manager of repair finance at Hamilton Sundstrand Power Systems, controller and corporate finance manager at Southwest Marine, and vice president of finance at Megahaus Corporation.

Resnick received a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, a master's degree from Columbia University and a master's in business administration from Harvard University.
