Ms. Reid joined RLJ in November 2004.She is currently the Accounting Manager.Ms. Reid is an Accounting Manager with RLJ.Her responsibilities include the accounting and reporting of investment property transactions.Prior to joining RLJ, Ms. Reid served as Senior Accountant to LaSalle Hotel Properties.While at LaSalle, Ms. Reid was responsible for preparing the real estate investment trust consolidation, footnotes and other SEC and public financial disclosures, implementing Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance procedures, compliance with debt service covenants, testing and confirming property inter-company transactions and the accounting for property acquisitions and dispositions.Prior to LaSalle, Ms. Reid served as Center Director to Score Learning Center (a division of Kaplan), where she managed the center's daily business operations and coordinated strategy with the regional manager.Prior to Score Learning Center, she served as an Accounting Associate to PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Washington, D.C., focusing on the financial advisory and assurance and business advisory services areas, where she addressed accounting policies for multinational companies.Ms. Reid earned a B.A. degree in Accounting, graduating summa cum laude and Class Salutatorian from the Howard University School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
