James Reed - Chief Executive Officer / Director Mr. Reed, prior to joining Tricell, was previously an officer of Ace, beginning in April 2003. Prior to April 2003, Mr. Reed was the Chief Operating Officer of the Starcom One Group ("Starcom"), in which he was responsible for Starcom's successful trading operations. Prior to joining Starcom in 1999, he was the UK Sales Manager for CellStar UK. Mr. Reed has been a key individual within the mobile phone industry since 1993.

Commenting on the Company's financial results, James Reed, Tricell's chief executive officer, stated, "We are pleased with the overall performance of the Company for the quarter.Tricell delivered positive growth in top-line revenue in addition to exceptionally strong improvements in gross margin performance and operating income during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2006.Particularly notable is the increase in gross margin in the third quarter of 2006, which was 2.4%, as compare with 1.3% for the third quarter of 2005."

Mr. Reed added, "Unfortunately, Tricell reported a GAAP net loss for the quarter and the nine month period.
