Reed, age 37, was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Delivery Catheter Business Unit in February 2006.Mr. Reed has been with the Company since January 2002 when he became Director of Sales and Marketing.After the acquisition of BCI, he became Director of Sales for the combined organization and in February 2005 was appointed Vice President of Sales.In the ten years prior to joining the Company he held sales and marketing positions with several medical device companies including Flexmedics, Microvena and American Medical Systems.

James M. Reed was named Vice President & General Manager of the Advanced Delivery Systems division in December 2005.Mr. Reed has been with the Company since January 2002 and served as Vice President of Sales and Director of Sales and Marketing for Medamicus.After the acquisition of Biomec Cardiovascular he became Director of Sales for the combined organization.In the ten years prior to joining the company he held sales and marketing positions with several medical device firms including Flexmedics, Microvena, and American Medical Systems.His background combines domestic and international experience in surgery, urology, interventional radiology, and cardiology.He also has extensive OEM, distributor, and direct sales experience with disposable and PMA implantable products.

The Company also announced that James M. Reed, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Delivery Systems Division of Enpath, will assume the newly created position of Director of Sales for the combined entity.Mr. Reed has been with the Company since January 2002 and has also held sales and marketing positions at American Medical Systems and Flexmedics.
