Kenneth R. Reagan was employed in February 2001 as Chief Operating Officer.Mr. Reagan was with Weatherford Compression Company from 1988 to 1998 serving as Senior Area Sales Manager in Oklahoma City in 1997 and 1998; as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Houston and Oklahoma City from 1991 to 1996; and as Vice President of Service in Corpus Christi from 1988 to 1990.He worked with Waukesha-Pierce Industries, Inc. from 1960 to 1988 including service as Vice President of Operations - Engine Division from 1984 to 1988 and Vice President of Marketing from 1981 to 1984.Mr. Reagan received a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Oklahoma in 1958.

Ken Reagan, president of the dealership, announced the closing this afternoon.

The statement cited a "perfect storm" of conditions, including the economic downturn, a lack of consumer confidence and changes imposed by GMAC and General Motors, as the reason.

Reagan said that the service department would close at 1 p.m. Saturday, and that the sales department was effectively closed Friday.¶

In a written statement, Reagan said he remained optimistic that there might be a sale of the dealership.

The statement cited a "perfect storm" of economic conditions, including the recession, a lack of consumer confidence and changes imposed by General Motors and GMAC, the dealership's primary lender.

"The best course of action at the present time will be to end dealership operations," the statement said.
