Ken Reagan, president of the dealership, announced the closing Friday afternoon in a press release.
The statement cited a "perfect storm" of economic conditions, including the recession, a lack of consumer confidence and changes imposed by General Motors and GMAC, the dealership's primary lender.
"The best course of action at the present time will be to end dealership operations," the statement said.
Reagan said he remained optimistic that he might sell the dealership.'..
