  Clive has been a Director and CEO of Nascent Pharmaceuticals since he joined the company in June 2005, and was appointed Chairman in November 2005.Clive has broad-based expertise in strategic business planning, finance and marketing, which over three decades has been focused in the pharmaceutical and finance industries.
  
  As President and CEO of BKT Strategy, Inc., for 17 years, he worked extensively in the pharmaceutical industry, leading or directing senior executives in the US, Europe and Asia to develop and implement corporate, product and business level strategies.He has worked with The Medicines Company, Eyetech Pharmaceuticals, Ilex Oncology, Medsite, Bio-Imaging Technology, Innovex and Quintiles Transnational.Previously, Clive was head of the strategic planning group at Ernst & Young.
  
  He received both his M.B.A. and his M.Sc. from the City University in London, England.
