PCS announces the appointment of Mark Read as Sales Director.

Mark joined PCS in 1999 after a career in sales, notably in advertising with Midland News Association plc working on the daily Express and Star and Weekly Chronicle series.Mark has progressed within PCS, becoming Associate Sales Director in 2005.
