   Western Sydney International Dragway CEO Jim Read was amazed with the collection of vehicles on display today and no doubt it brought back fond memories of his embryonic years in Australian Drag Racing competition, including his moments in the Junior Fuel bracket himself!

   With the millions of dollars of direct revenue generated in the venue's short history being returned into the facility by way of significant capital works improvements (Pit extensions, facility improvements, new Driver cafeterias etc.), it is an obvious blueprint for success on how a non-for-profit venue can truly operate and succeed.
   
   …and now with the NSW Government getting directly involved and supporting the upcoming December 26&26 USA Top Fuel event that is expected to develop in terms of international significance and profile in the years to come, confidence in the venue at all levels has never been better!
   
   "We have lobbied and made clear the business plan and goals pertaining to the Boxing Day event and we are delighted to see that the Government concurs with this vision and have supported the event in such a direct and significant way," elaborated Read.
