The two sides are entering into their 11th-hour talks on Monday, according to Rea.
The talks began in June, and the contract expired July 31, although both sides agreed to keep it intact while the talks continued.
Rea did not want to make waves with the workers' union, emphasizing the "good relationship" the club management has with the workers.
"We want an agreement," he said."Alternatives are almost unthinkable."

experiencing any financial difficulties.Rea said there are certain costs that folks choose not to pay, but declined to elaborate further.It would be like, he offered as an example, having a two-ton truck to drive one person around town.
"It does not make economic sense," Rea said.
