Mitchell A. Rayner has been employed by SHAW GROUP INC since May 1997 and served as Vice President of Shaw Power Services, Inc., one of SHAW GROUP INC's subsidiaries from 1997 until 1998 and Vice President of U.S. Operations from 1998 to 2000.In August 2000, SHAW GROUP INC appointed Mr. Rayner as its Senior Vice President of Fabrication and Manufacturing and in March, 2002, Mr. Rayner was appointed as Executive Vice President of Operations.Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rayner served as one of the principal owners of 7 Pipeline Technology since 1994 and an owner of Performance Contractors from 1980 until 1994.Mr. Rayner has over 25 years of experience in the industrial construction, fabrication and maintenance industry.
