Scott Raymond

Scott Raymond has been promoted to assistant general counsel and director of legal services for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas.In his new role, Raymond takes on additional leadership and strategic planning duties for the legal services area while continuing to provide legal advice and litigation management for the state's largest health insurer.He joined the company in 2004 as a staff attorney, having previously served as a research attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals.Raymond has a bachelor's degree in journalism from The University of Kansas and a juris doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law.

Scott RaymondScott Raymond is a native of Chicago, and grew up in Topeka.He received degrees from the University of Kansas and Washburn University School of Law.He currently is a research attorney with the Kansas Court of Appeals.
