Paul holds four university degrees, including a B.A. (Hons), B.Ed., M.A. and M. Ed. from Laurentian University, The University of Waterloo and The University of Toronto.He has thirty years experience in education and learning at the classroom and administrative levels, and has held numerous senior management positions with The Ministry of Education for the Province of Ontario.Since retiring from senior management at the Ministry of Education in June 1999, he has established a successful educational consulting business within Ontario, Canada and internationally.As well, he has concentrated on the application of technology to learning through an education software and design company called LearnTeam.

Paul brings to the TIITCMA an outstanding record of academic achievement, expertise in learning theory, teaching strategies, curriculum design and assessment.
