   Patty Schmidt Raymond has worked in the Information Technology field for 17 years and has a broad base of functional experience including Network Administration, Systems Consulting, Project Management, Professional Training development and delivery, Recruiting, Career Development, and Web Product Management. In her previous role as Product Support Strategy Manager at Blackboard Inc. a leader in e-education software, she developed online training and knowledge management tools for technical support managers using Blackboard's Learning System and Content System products. Mrs. Raymond is currently a project manager for SRA International, responsible for delivery of new releases of an online e-Filing self-service center application, the My Plan Administration Account system, developed to enable civilian pension plan sponsors to file and pay pension insurance premiums to PBGC. Mrs. Raymond graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is currently pursuing a MEd in Educational Technology from George Mason University to be completed in 2006.
