   Over the past two decades, Cathy Raymond has been closely involved in the Higher Education/IEP setting as an instructor, director of language materials development and TESOL coordinator. She received her M.A. in TESOL from Indiana University-Bloomington. She has held positions as an ESL instructor at Indiana University and as a Lecturer for English at Munich University in Germany. Additionally, she has served as Director of Language Materials Development at the Language Center for Languages of the Central Asian Region at IU-Bloomington and has extensive experience in language materials development. Her work with ETS writing for the TOEIC has given her a solid background in test development and assessment. Currently, she is English Language Improvement and TESOL Coordinator of the Afghan Higher Education Project with Indiana University-Bloomington.
