Anne-Marie Rayment first joined the Clipso team in 1999 when she started working at the Watford salon as a senior stylist.Then after 2 years she moved over to the Cheshunt salon where she took over as franchisee in 2001.

Anne Marie was a finalist in the Men's category at the L'Oreal Colour Trophy in 1999.She has an interest in show work and editorial shoots, however her main focus is on training and education.

Anne-Marie has a genuine passion for training and is actively involved in the training and mentoring of new team

members.She loves nothing more than the satisfaction of her team's success and encourages them every step of the way.

Anne-Marie loves every aspect of her job and consequently excels in every area of hairdressing.Her passion for the industry stems from the variety of opportunities on offer."As a stylist you have the chance to move in any direction you desire and there is so much opportunity to branch out into different areas, be it education based or creatively focused.Clipso is a fantastic company to work for and I believe that we are opening up new avenues to our stylists that can sometimes be difficult to break into," comments Anne-Marie.
