James Ray Appointed General Manager of Luminator Luminator, a Mark IV Industries company, is pleased to announce the appointment of James Ray as General Manager of the company's business units comprised of Bus Products, Rail Products and Aircraft Products.Jim's appointment was effective following the recently completed merger of Mark IV Industries, Inc. with MIV Acquisition Corporation, an entity controlled by funds advised by BC Partners, a leading European private equity firm.Jim will oversee all aspects of Luminator's day to day operations.Jim comes from Protective Closures, a Mark IV Industries Company, where he was Vice President of Operations for the company.Mark IV Industries, Inc. will aggressively be pursuing acquisitions of companies in the transportation and communications fields.
