The dealership A.B.C. Farm Equipment Company, a J.I. Case dealership involved many great employees including Jeff, his son. The A.B.C. name was known well for quality service, products and parts. In the 1980's A.B.C. Farm Equipment took on the Ford product line. New Holland implements were taken on several years before.

In 1995 Jeff Rathell took over the business from his father and A.B.C. Farm Equipment Company became Rathell Farm Equipment Company, Incorporated.
