Immediately after the fight, Finkel offers Maskaev's wily manager, Dennis Rappaport, the bout that for two months has had Briggs' name stamped on it.

Now Dennis Rappaport, promoter of newly-crowned WBC heavyweight champion Oleg Maskaev, informs FightNightNews that the fighter have his left elbow examined by a Manhattan specialist on Tueday.
