Dr. Tim Rankin

Dr. Tim Rankin, M.D., became an associate of Nemaha Valley Community Hospital and Surgical Associates of Northeast Kansas in November of 2002.Dr. Rankin specializes in orthopaedic medicine and surgery.Dr. Rankin graduated from Bethany College in Lindsborg in 1987 with a degree in Chemistry and Biology.He received his medical degree in 1991 from the Kansas University School of Medicine in Kansas City, KS.He completed an internship in General Surgery at Eisenhower AMC in Fort Gordon, Georgia in 1992 and his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Eisenhower AMC in 2000.Rankin spent 12 years in military service as a Brigade Flight Surgeon for pilots.Dr. Rankin, who will be based in Hiawatha, will hold clinics at NVCH on the 1st Friday of each month and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday afternoons of each month.Scheduling for Dr. Rankin will be handled through his Hiawatha office by calling 785-742-2131, ext. 285, or for more information call 785-336-6181, ext. 162.
