Mrs. Tara Rankin

Mrs. Rankin graduated from Roseville High School , Attended Monmouth College , and attended OSF St. Francis Medical Center , Peoria , where she completed training as a medical technician.

She spent most of life in Roseville , with the exception of time spent in Germany while her husband was in the service.She worked in the Warren County Clerk's Office in the election department , was treasurer of the Warren County Republican Women's Club , and coordinated campaigns for candidates at both state and national levels.Mrs. Rankin was a member of the Living Light Tabernacle.
