Rebecca Ralls is a professional White River Guide, instructor, and the owner of Cane Island Outfitters which is located in the Ozark Mountains of Northern Arkansas.But that's not all.She also provides professional Guide Services on the various other waterways in the area.She is famous for being one of the first women to succeed as a fly fishing guide.She's been fishing Ozark Waters for over 20 years.
