Denise is a Tax Consultant, Human Resources Service Center at Aetna Inc.Her team is responsible for payroll and third party employment tax compliance issues.Prior to her position in Human Resources, Denise was the Manager of the State Tax Compliance and Analysis Department for Aetna's Property Casualty Division.

Denise graduated Magna cum Laude from Johnson and Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island.She is a member of Who's Who in American Colleges and University and a member of the Sigma Beta Delta Fraternity.Denise is also a member of the Golden Quill Honor Society.Denise holds a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of New Haven.

Denise is a member of the Connecticut American Payroll Association as well as the Chapter's Webmaster.She is also a member of the National Urban Leagues' Black Executive Exchange Program.

Denise is also President of The Tax Haven LLC in Meriden, Connecticut.The Tax Haven LLC provides Tax and Accounting expertise to small minority businesses.

Denise is married and lives in Meriden, Connecticut with her husband and two children.
