Anil RaiVice-President, Sales - Africa
Anil is currently the Vice-President, Sales for Africa.In this capacity, Anil leads the highly strategic partnerships of i-flex with platform, technology and consulting industry leaders.He is also responsible for i-flex's global Corporate Business Partner network.
Anil brings to i-flex over 22 years of experience in the IT and Telecom industry, having conducted business in over 27 countries.
He started his career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a System Analyst.In 1988 he joined i-flex (erstwhile Citicorp Software) as Regional Manager, with responsibility for sales in Africa, Middle East and Indian sub-continent.During his stint at i-flex, Anil was also recognised for making the first MicroBanker product sale in a tough market like Nigeria.
After his 6 year stint in i-flex, Anil spent about two and a half years with AT&T - GIS (now NCR again) as General Manager - Sales and Marketing, 2 years with GE- Capital Spacenet Services as Vice President - Business Development and he re-joined AT&T in its Bell Labs Division as General Manager - Value, Technology Trials and Partner' Management.
Anil has also worked with Deutsche Software as Vice President and Head for Corporate Center and Business Development.
Anil is a graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications.A sports freak, Anil likes adventure and is a fun loving person.
