In the town of Stratford, radio station owner Steve Rae is innovating in a slightly different way.Rae, a musician himself, has decided that of his 35% Canadian content music required by regulation, he's going to try to make five per cent of it the music of local musicians.There are conditions to that kind of play; music submitted - and Rae has been inundated - has to fit the station's AC format; and the production values have to be as high as songs the station regularly plays."Local musicians have noticed," Rae said.
