RADFORD - Donna Kay "Katie" Vines age 50 of Radford, formerly of Beckley died Sunday Sept. 21 at her home.Born Sept. 30, 1952 at Beckley she was the daughter of the late Donald Eugene and Lyda Grace Lilly Vines.She was a 1970 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and a graduate of Concord College with a BA Degree in Psychology.A resident of Radford the past 26 years she was formerly affiliated with HCMF and was currently a computer programmer for EchoStar.She held a great love for animals.
