    Marcella E. Quisling, age 83, was called by our Lord and Savior to Eternal Rest on Tuesday, December 16, 2003, at her residence in Mesa, Arizona.Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, December 22, 2003, at Salem Lutheran Church in Lake Mills with Rev. Kevin Mackey officiating.Final resting place will be in the Salem Memorial Cemetery.There will be no public visitation.The family requests that memorials be directed to the Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ, 85014.Marcella (Jeglum) Quisling was born December 14, 1920, in Toronto, South Dakota, the daughter of Clarence and Ella (Ruhd) Jeglum.

    Marcella was currently a member of the Arizona Community Church in Mesa, Arizona.Marcella had been blessed with a growing family.She is survived by her husband, Walter of Mesa, AZ; two sons, David (64) who resides with his wife, Ellie, in Newport Beach, CA, and John (54) who resides with his wife, Lin, in Mesa, AZ; three grandchildren, Michael, Kelly, and Brian; step-grandchild, Shana; six great-grandchildren, Christopher and Katie, Emily and Max, and Sophia and Maria; two brothers, Jerry Jeglum of Yuma, AZ, and Ardell Jeglum of Hemit, CA; and four sisters, Dona of Montana, and Betty, Carol, and Joann, all of Houston, TX.She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ella Jeglum; and a brother, Gerald Jeglum.Marcella was an outgoing, energetic person who had lots of friends and a unique style of her own.She enjoyed playing golf and bridge, and she was a talented artist who loved entertaining family and friends with her excellent cooking.The time that she really treasured was spent with her husband, Walter, going out for breakfast, shopping, dining out, or just being by his side.She was a loving wife, a wonderful mother, and a proud grandmother and great-grandmother.Her family and friends will miss her.
