Pat Quinn
Pat Quinn is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Critical Information Network, managing the company's accounting, budgeting, external auditing, financial modeling, SEC reporting, private debt/equity offerings and investor relations.
Quinn brings 25 years of executive experience in finance and information technology to the organization, serving as TWL Corporation's CFO before its acquisition by CiNet.
Prior to joining CiNet and its predecessor TWL Corporation, Quinn was CFO of B.R. Blackmarr & Associates.
In this role he was responsible for all accounting related activities, installed a new cost accounting system, and negotiated a 300% increase in the Company's bank line of credit.
Quinn also was heavily involved with the merger of B.R.Blackmarr into BrightStar Information Technology Corp (NASDAQ BTSR) and the subsequent IPO.
He was responsible for all SEC reporting, internal management reporting, coordinating the annual audit and negotiating bank lines of credit.
Previously, Quinn was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Affiliated Computer Systems/Precept where he participated in the company's IPO.
He also supported two public stock offerings and was responsible for all financial accounting, SEC reporting and investor relations as Controller at Lomas & Nettleton Financial Corporation (NYSE LNF).
Quinn is an adjunct professor of finance in the MBA program at the University of Dallas, where he has been rated in the top five percent of adjunct faculty.
He graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science.
