Pat serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and general accounting.Pat has 18 years of experience in working with e-commerce and technology corporations.Prior to joining SeeItWork.com, Pat was the CFO for Instant Documents.com, an Internet start-up company.His responsibilities included all accounting activities, investment banking, and private placement offerings.Previous to Instant Documents.com, Pat served as Chief Accounting Officer/CFO for Bright Star Information Technology group/B.R.Blackmarr & Assoc, where he participated in an IPO underwritten by CIBC Oppenheimer which raised $ 62 million in equity capital.All told, Pat has also participated in four public stock offerings and was responsible for all SEC reporting for such companies as, Exchange Tool & Supply, and Affiliated Computer Systems/Precept Business Services.At ACS/Precept, Pat served as VP and CFO, during which he participated in a $ 180 million public stock offering, and successfully completed the turnaround of three unprofitable divisions, improving gross profit margins.In addition, he completed eight acquisitions of target companies that resulted in a 25 % increase in annual revenue.Pat is an Adjunct Professor of Finance in the MBA program at the University of Dallas, and is rated in the top 5 % of the faculty.He holds a BBA in Accounting with minor in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.
