Mr. Michael Quickel.Mr. Quickel is a real estate developer and builder.He has developed and built properties in Iredell, Catawba and Mecklenburg County over the last several years.He has developed and built out millions of dollars worth of real estate and I am bringing Mr. Quickel tonight simply to offer an opinion from a developer's perspective as to whether or not he thinks this particular, and he has developed townhomes in large tracts many, many units, with respect to whether or not this particular facility would materially affect or detrimentally affect the adjacent property values.I would qualify Mr. Quickel as an expert but also note that Mr. Quickel has been a partner of mine on several different real estate projects and in fact is part owner of the subject property.He is not part of this proposed use but he is a partial owner of the land upon which this would sit so he would be a seller.This is Mr. Quickel.
