Quick, P.E., Staff Professional EngineerPaul has 30 years of construction and facilities management experience.He is a graduate engineer from the University of Delaware and has a Masters in Management from Johns Hopkins.In addition to being a Registered Professional Engineer, Paul is a Certified Energy Manager and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Fire Protection Engineering.He has been providing On-Call Engineering Services for DSS since 1989.
