   Charles Queenan A practicing attorney specializing in the areas of tax, corporate, international and transactional law. Mr. Queenan has served Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP since 1956 and is currently Senior Counsel and Chairman of its Audit Committee; he also served for a number of years as Chairman of such Firm's Management Committee.
   
   He is a member of the American Law Institute, the Pennsylvania and Allgheny County Bar Associations (and their respective Tax Sections), the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, and the Dartmouth Society of Engineers. He has also served as past Chairman of the Pittsburgh Tax Club and the Annual Penn State Tax Conference.
   
   Mr. Queenan, a native of the Pittsburgh area, was graduated from Dartmouth College, its graduate schools of Engineering and Business Administration, and from Harvard Law School.
