Mr. Queen has eighteen years experience in land development plans, residential, commercial and public projects and supervises the CADD Department.He has prepared site plans, form boards, and final surveys for P.U.D.S. in Palm Beach , Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.He has prepared stakeout drawings and verified correct stakeout locations for field crews using computer-generated points.He is responsible for generating completed as-built and construction drawings.
Mr. Queen has also performed field inspection of water and sewer installation in St. Lucie County, FL.He was responsible for production of construction documents for SWA Transfer Stations in Lantana and Delray Beach , FL , and was responsible for handling request from developers, and responded to comments from city and county agencies.He is experienced in coordinating construction schedules and cost estimates, and works directly with engineers and project managers from inception through construction documents and final inspection of completed projects.
