John Quartarone, president of Tyrolit, denies the charge of unfair labor practices.Both sides are set, at some time in the future, to present their cases to an administrative law judge who will determine if there is a violation.While the company has given the 35 employees in the company's Precision Division an opportunity for recall because of an increase in business over the last year, it is unclear how many of the employees, if any, have since returned.And it also unclear if the 33 employees in the Rough Grinding Division will be given a chance to return as well.
