Neil initially joined the firm as a summer clerk in 2001 and has since joined us as an associate.His areas of legal interest include cargo claims, maritime arbitration, marine salvage, commercial litigation, and breach of contract claims.Neil has previously worked in a number of diverse legal settings, including the New York Stock Exchange Enforcement Division and the Washington D.C. Public Defender Service.

Neil received a specialized bachelors degree in International Relations from York University in Toronto, Canada, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham University School of Law in New York City, where he was also a senior editor of the Fordham International Law Journal.

Neil is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and Federal court in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.He is also a member of the Fordham School of Law Alumni Committee, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
