Culver joined Cox Freeman in September 2006 after 6 years as an Associate Director of CPMG Architects in Nottingham.

He was previously responsible for large projects in Commercial, Residential, MoD and Transport Sectors.These projects include the Multimodal Interchange at Birmingham International Airport, Huntingdon Combined Justice Centre, RNAS Yeovilton New Air Traffic Control Facility, RAF Coningsby New Air Traffic Control Facility and new residential developments.

Culver also brings extensive knowledge in design and presentation across all stages of a project.
