Quandt as Executive Vice President of Financial Services Consulting.In his leadership role Quandt will draw on over 20 years of senior financial management experience to improve the financial operations performance of client companies.

Before joining Worthmore, Quandt held four division CFO positions at Levi Strauss & Co.During his tenure at Levi's he led the financial operations in Europe and the Americas, oversaw successful turnarounds, handled acquisitions and divestitures, installed a shared service center, implemented Economic Value Added metrics, developed strategic and tactical plans and helped increase shareholder value for the Company.John also held general management responsibilities for Levi Strauss in Canada.
John's vision for Worthmore's financial services group is to "make it the premier provider of consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, to increase shareholder value, and in the alignment of financial operations to improve efficiency and profitability."
Quandt graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a MBA in finance and holds a BA degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Quandt has written financial articles for the Harvard Business Review and for the Working Council of Chief Financial Officers.He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Financial Executives Networking Group and the UCLA Alumni Association.He is also active in Community Involvement Team Programs.
