Dr. Quan is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.He has been in practice for over 20 years.He specializes in fitting "hard to fit" contact lens patients.He also is experience with treating eye diseases, allergies, and inflammation.He also specializes in managing computer vision problems and orthokeratology (non-surgical vision correction).
