Rev. William Qualman

Rev. William Qualman accepted the call as Associate Pastor in 1987.Pastor Qualman helped to guide the congregation through the change and growth of the 1980's and 1990's.He retired from Grace in 2004.In 1989 the Bernthal Center for Community and Ministry was dedicated.

In January 2006, Pastor William Qualman was installed as our Pastor.

Pastor Bill Qualman

Pastor Bill Qualman has been Pastor of Good Shepherd since January of 2006.

Reverend Qualman is married to Lisa and they have two children, Sarah and Matthew.

Pastor Qualman did his undergraduate work at Concordia Senior College, Fort Wayne, Indiana.He continued his education at Seminex Theological Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri, and graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri in 1979.He served his vicarage at Messiah Lutheran Church, Grand Junction, Colorado.

In 1979 Pastor Qualman became pastor of Christ the King Lutheran Church, Greenwood, Mississippi, and served until 1983, when he became assistant pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, Schenectady, New York.In 1987 he became Associate Pastor of Grace Lutheran Church, Winter Haven, Florida; in 2000 he was called to serve as Senior Pastor.

Pastor Qualman has always been involved in community service, working with organizations such as the Union College Protestant Campus Ministry Council, Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross Board, and the Sunshine Foundation.
