Robert Qualls , MBA : Mr. Qualls is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of ISIS Cosmetic Surgery Partners , Inc. , a physician practice management company formed to acquire and manage plastic surgery practices throughout the United States.Mr. Qualls has a BS engineering degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
