Ms. Hong Qiu, Patent Attorney, Trademark Attorney, studied polymers and organic chemistry at the Beijing Chemical Engineering University, and received her B.S. degree in 1984.Before joined NTD in 1992, she had worked as an engineer at Beijing Plastic Research Institute for eight years.She was engaged in patent department and trademark department successively.Ms. Qiu is familiar with the foreign trademark law and has extensive experiences in trademark prosecution.
