7. David Qiu, Chief Representative for Northeast China,

Harbin.David is the former North-East China Marketing

Manager of John Deere China were he has been actively

involved in the establishment of the first and second

joint-venture of the company in Jialian (Heilongjiang Province)

and Tianjin.Previously, David was with Nike, again as

Marketing Director for the North-East region and with the

Chinese Government, as Section Chief of the Harbin Taxation

Bureau.David is a graduate of the Northeast University of

Finance and Economics, Dalian.He speaks fluent Mandarin
