Carol Qiu has been a Project Director of Beta Research Corporation since May of 1997.

Previously , beginning in 1992 , she had been an Account Executive at Kang & Lee Advertising , managing multi-culture advertising projects for telecommunications and insurance clients including AT&T and The Prudential.

Carol had worked as an Administrative Assistant for marketing departments of Allied-Signal Inc.'s Beijing Liaison Office from 1989 to 1991.

Carol graduated from John Jay College of City University of New York with a Master's Degree in Public Administration in 1992.She earned her Bachelor's in Business and Economics at University of International Business and Trade , Beijing , China in 1989.
