Louise Prynne, Sponsorship and Partnership Manager for Cardiff Council, said that the Rally's new date in the World Rally Championship calendar was taking a bit of getting used to.

"The Rally has been held in November for many years," she said, "but we hope that the new date will see better weather conditions and encourage more people to come out and enjoy the event.
