Pryce joined Chase-Walton in 1994 as the European Sales Director to establish a sales and distribution outlet based in his native London and to build the export business of Chase-Walton Elastomers, the parent company.In 1996, he was then offered a position with Chase-Walton Elastomers, as VP Sales and Marketing and relocated to the U.S. Pryce was instrumental in increasing the revenue twofold while at the same time, successfully establishing a state of the art silicone facility for SF Medical to focus on the production of silicone components for the biomedical and pharmaceutical industries.In 2002, as COO Pryce made significant changes in the direction of the company by repositioning it for further growth in its main markets of aerospace, industrial applications, biomedical and pharmaceutical.
Early in his career, Pryce valued the importance of excellent customer service while at Rolls-Royce PLC where he was a Product Support Engineer and actively worked with customers in the field to resolve technical and commercial opportunities.This further supports Chase-Walton's dedication and loyalty to its customers due to being customer-centric and ensuring customers a positive experience.
