Sam Pruitt is senior vice president and principal of Site Selection Group and manages projects for the company.Pruitt brings more than 11 years of site selection experience to the company with particular expertise in site selection strategies and real estate negotiations.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Pruitt served as vice president of the Corporate Site Selection Group of Trammell Crow Company.There, he oversaw the site selection, incentive negotiations and real estate negotiation activities of this division.

Before joining Trammell Crow in 2002, Pruitt served as a project manager of The Levy Organization and senior analyst of CB Richard Ellis, helping CB Richard Ellis to build its call center platform.Throughout his career, he has completed more than 350 site selection projects for clients, including AllState, Boeing, Expedia, McKesson, Monster.com and Ticketmaster.

Pruitt was recognized for his career accomplishments by the Dallas Business Journal for the "Top 35 Under 35" in 2005 and 2006, and was awarded the 2005 "MVP" Real Estate Broker of the Year from Trammell Crow.Pruitt is also a team recipient of the 2003, 2004 and 2005 William Dorsey Site Selection Award, presented by Site Selection Magazine.Pruitt is a licensed real estate salesman in Texas.He received a bachelor's degree in geography with an emphasis in GIS from California State University at Chico.
