Having been in the financial services industry for more than 7 years, Lance has served in many capacities in investments, banking and insurance.Ranging from being a Personal Banker to Branch Management to a Registered Representative.Lance has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from Columbia College and a Masters of Business Administration in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.He is registered as a Series 7 and Series 63 and a Wisconsin Life and Health Insurance license.

Lance recently served as Chairman of the Economic Development Committee in Evansville, WI in addition to holding political office.

Lance and his wife, Kelly, have been married almost 9 years and have three children.
