Irvin and his wife Emma own approximately 700 acres.The Pratts maintain a 110 head cow-calf operation selling 400-500 weight calves.

In addition to the farming operation, Irvin has been a CPA for 28 years and a partner in Beall Barclay & Company, PLC, CPAs in Fort Smith since 1983.Irvin holds a degree in accounting from University of the Ozarks and is also insurance and securities licensed.Emma is also employed as an accountant and is a Quick Books Certified Pro Advisor and is working on her degree in Business Information Systems.

The Pratts are active in their community.They are members of the Grand Avenue Baptist Church, in Fort Smith where Irvin also serves as a deacon.He is also a board member with the Children's Emergency Shelter in Fort Smith and is a member of the Fort Smith Exchange Club and the Downtown Optimist Club.He has served in various positions in the Western Arkansas Chapter of CPAs and the Arkansas Society of CPAs.

The Pratts have five children: Todd, Cody, Ashley, Lacy and Zach.

In addition to enjoying a variety of hobbies and interests, Irvin also enjoys spending time on the farm and is an avid outdoorsman.
