Heather Pratt is an associate in our Business Practice Group who represents clients in the areas of commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and general business matters.Ms. Pratt helps clients solve corporate control issues, overcome regulatory obstacles, address tax issues, deal with labor and employment challenges, and expand their operations internationally.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Ms. Pratt was a legal intern for the Governor's Office of General Counsel in Harrisburg, Pa., where she drafted Pennsylvania Supreme Court briefs for the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review and wrote decisions concerning unemployment claims for the Department of Labor and Industry.In addition, she assisted the Department of Insurance with preparation of trial briefs and wrote legal memoranda advising agencies of the permissible scope of activities.

PERSONAL

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Pratt was the assistant director for graduate business career services at St. John's University.

Ms. Pratt attended The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University where she was the managing editor of the Penn State Law Review and a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.
