Joel Poulin

Joel Poulin is our construction supervisor.After college, Joel worked with another fine homebuilder for several years, and then joined our team in 2004.He is responsible for all the day-to-day job-site activities such as scheduling and management of supplies and contractors, and quality assurance.He also manages the service and warranty work.
