Business Journal Photo Editor Jim Poulin took home first and third place awards for Illustration Photography at the 2006 Arizona Press Club Awards.
Judges said Poulin's first-place illustration of how working mothers must juggle tasks was a "hard subject to make interesting, but this was fun."The photo showed a young mother holding her baby, talking on the phone, taking notes, will stirring a pot of soup on the stove with a spoon between her toes.

Poulin also was honored recently with an Eagle, the top award from The Business Journal's parent company, American City Business Journals, for his photography efforts.
